What TailMyPicks is
TailMyPicks is an analytics and information service. It reconstructs the public trading record of wallets on prediction markets and publishes statistics, rankings and feeds derived from it.
It is not a betting platform. It accepts no wagers, places none, holds no customer funds, and provides access to no market operator. Nothing published on it is financial, investment or betting advice, and the past record of any wallet says nothing certain about what it will do next.
Who operates it
Operator: Not yet stated — TailMyPicks is not yet registered as a business.
Contact: the contact address, which is not published yet
Accounts
A wallet’s record, the leaderboards, a resolved market’s page and these documents are readable without an account. Everything else — following wallets, the feeds and the alerts — requires one, and you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to hold one.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for what is done under your account. One account is for one person.
Plans, billing and cancellation
The free plan costs nothing, asks for no card, and includes a watchlist of up to 3 wallets alongside everything that is public anyway.
The paid plan costs €6.99 a month, VAT included, billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, and lifts every restriction. It begins with 14 days free; you are not charged before that period ends, and cancelling during it costs nothing.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Access then continues to the end of the period already paid for, no further renewal is charged, and the account returns to the free plan rather than being closed. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice; continuing to use the service after the change takes effect is acceptance of it.
Right of withdrawal
The paid plan is a digital service supplied immediately. By subscribing you expressly ask for performance to begin at once and acknowledge that, once it has been fully performed, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal given by article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code (article L221-28, 13°).
Beyond that: the trial exists so that nobody has to pay to find out whether this is useful. If you are nonetheless unhappy, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full — write to the contact address, which is not published yet. Cancelling at any other time stops future renewals and does not refund the period in progress, which you keep using until it ends.
Acceptable use
You may not resell, scrape or systematically redistribute the data this service publishes; attempt to breach, overload or probe it; or share one account between several people. Accounts that do may be suspended or closed.
Where the numbers come from, and what they are worth
Every figure published here is computed from public on-chain records and public interfaces, and covers markets that have already resolved. Those sources can be incomplete, delayed or wrong — a rate limit, a disputed resolution, a market whose published volume disagrees with its own trade history.
TailMyPicks refuses to publish a market it read but could not reconcile, so what is here is what it was willing to stand behind rather than everything it saw. It is still provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability.
A note about France, and about wherever you are
Prediction-market platforms such as Polymarket are not accessible to the public in France, following a decision of the gambling authority, and may be restricted elsewhere. TailMyPicks is an information service and provides access to no such platform. Complying with the law where you are — including gambling regulation — is your responsibility.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to this service is limited to what you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for trading or betting losses of any kind. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under French law.
Changes, and ending the service
These terms may be updated; a material change is notified at least 15 days in advance. The service may be discontinued with reasonable notice, and amounts paid for periods not delivered are then refunded pro rata.
Governing law
French law governs these terms. If you are a consumer you keep the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before its courts. Before going to court you may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform or contact a consumer mediator.
